​Embodying Greek architectural elegance, SOBHA Neopolis is a landmark residential township situated on Panathur Gunjur Road, Bangalore. TRC Worldwide Engineering (India) delivered structural engineering and precast consultancy services for the towers and clubhouses. The main buildings utilize a Mivan construction system with reinforced concrete wall structures, enabling rapid construction, precise formwork, and robust performance across the development’s impressive 4.5 million sq.ft. of built-up area. Each tower rises 2 basements, ground, and 18 upper floors, providing residents with well-planned, flexible living spaces.

Structurally engineered as precast buildings and inspired by a vibrant Santorini architectural theme, the three grand clubhouses together account for 77,850 sq.ft. and are designed to offer exclusive leisure, sports, wellness, and social amenities for the community.
