TRC Worldwide Engineering (India) is engaged as the structural consultant for SOBHA Lake Gardens, an upscale residential enclave located in KR Puram, Bangalore. The development comprises nine towers configured as 2 basements + ground + 18 upper floors, covering approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. of built-up space on an 8.9-acre site.

Each tower follows a reinforced concrete structural framing system, with RCC walls and slabs designed to meet high-rise performance standards. MIVAN or aluminium formwork techniques are used to maintain consistency and speed in construction. The foundation setup includes isolated, combined, and raft footings, adapted to local soil conditions. Working closely with the architectural team at SOBHA Ltd., TRC ensured structural efficiency aligned with the design vision.
