Expanding on the success of the East Park Village development, TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering services for Phase II of East Park Village Apartments, a 265,000-square-foot multi-family residential community in Lake Nona, Florida. This phase introduces three four-story apartment buildings, two single-story parking garages, and a thoughtfully designed amenity area to enhance resident living.

The development incorporates pre-engineered wood floor and roof trusses, post-tensioned concrete slabs on grade, and a combination of light-frame wood and CMU construction, ensuring a balance of durability, efficiency, and modern design.
