TRC Worldwide Engineering (India) served as the structural and precast consultant for SOBHA Royal Pavilion, an expansive luxury residential project located on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. The development spans approximately 2,400,000 sq.ft. across 16 high-rise towers, each with 2 basements, ground, and 18 upper floors, and designed in a Rajasthani architectural style.

The main towers employ a reinforced concrete (RC) wall system that provides robust structural stability, lateral load resistance, and flexible living spaces. The clubhouse showcases a magnificent Rajput palace-inspired design and is a precast structure configured as two basements, ground, and four upper floors across 40,000 sq.ft. TRC’s engineering scope emphasized durability, precision in assembly, and efficient construction timelines while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of traditional design elements.

SOBHA Royal Pavilion offers 1,284 premium apartments ranging from 2 to 4 BHK units, surrounded by lavish landscaped gardens, water features, and world-class amenities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, gyms, and multipurpose halls, all arranged to reflect the regal Rajasthani theme.
