Delta City is a residential development by Town and City Developers (TNCD), designed as a modern living space in the heart of Coimbatore. TRC Worldwide Engineering (India) provided structural and precast consulting services for the project, which was delivered using advanced precast technology to ensure faster construction timelines, durability, and consistent quality.

The development covers a built-up area of approximately 70,000 sq. ft. and comprises a single wing with a stilt level and five upper floors. The precast system adopted for the project included precast walls, slabs, and structural components, reducing reliance on conventional cast-in-place methods and enabling greater speed and efficiency in execution. The stilt level was designed to accommodate parking and essential services, while the upper levels house thoughtfully planned residential units.
