F&M Bank Arena was developed as a highly flexible, dual-purpose venue designed to support collegiate athletics alongside community ice programming in downtown Clarksville. The multipurpose facility features a hybrid seating concept combining fixed upper bowl seating with retractable lower bowl elements to accommodate basketball, hockey, and community events.

TRC provided precast engineering services supporting the arena’s complex seating bowl and structural precast components. The precast system - including seating rakers and related elements - was designed to integrate with the arena’s permanent braced frames and steel superstructure while enabling efficient off-site fabrication and rapid field erection.

Given the constrained urban site, construction sequencing was critical. Portions of the precast bowl were coordinated to follow roof completion and steel stabilization, ensuring proper load paths and erection safety. The precast approach contributed to overall schedule performance, durability, and long-term maintainability of the venue.
