Completed in March 2023, The Bohemian is a seven-story mixed-use development located in downtown Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Developed by Affiliated Development, the project combines residential living, ground-floor retail, and structured parking into a single urban infill development designed to support the city’s continued revitalization efforts.

The building includes approximately 200 apartment units totaling between 115,000 and 124,000 square feet, along with 3,600–4,127 square feet of street-level retail space that activates the pedestrian environment. Supporting the residential and commercial uses is a five-story parking structure providing 367 spaces, including 120 public spaces and 247 private residential spaces.

TRC Worldwide Engineering served as the precast engineer for the project’s 94,754-square-foot parking structure, providing specialized engineering services for the precast concrete system that forms the structural backbone of the garage. The precast framing allowed for efficient construction, durable long-span parking bays, and a structurally optimized layout that maximizes vehicle circulation and parking capacity within the compact urban footprint.
