TRC provided precast engineering services for the Canton Mills Parking Deck, a 5.5-story structured parking facility supporting a larger mixed-use residential development in downtown Canton. Designed as a wrapped parking solution, the deck is seamlessly integrated with surrounding residential buildings, allowing it to function as critical infrastructure while remaining visually concealed from the street.

The structure utilizes a precast concrete system consisting of double tees, beams, columns, and wall panels, delivering long-span efficiency, durability, and accelerated construction timelines. TRC’s role focused on optimizing the precast system for constructability and performance, ensuring coordination with architectural and building interfaces—particularly where the parking deck connects to adjacent residential components.
