SOBHA Brooklyn Towers is a premium high-rise residential development in Bengaluru, comprising five towers and 1,305 apartments. As part of the larger SOBHA Townpark township, each tower rises above a three-level parking structure and a landscaped podium, with 33 residential floors above.

TRC served as the structural design consultant for this phase, delivering reinforced concrete solutions optimized for strength, speed, and long-term durability. The towers employ a shear wall–slab structural system built using aluminum formwork (MIVAN) for consistency and efficiency. Varying soil profiles across the site required a combination of isolated, combined, and raft footings to address differential settlements and load distribution.

With a total built-up area of 1.38 million sq. ft., the project reflects SOBHA’s integrated design and construction approach, and TRC’s ability to support large-scale, high-rise housing through responsive structural engineering.
