TRC Worldwide Engineering (India) and TRC Parkitects served as structural engineers and architects for the six-level parking garage at LuLu Mall in Kochi. Built in 2014, the 198,271 sq ft steel-frame, composite-deck structure accommodates 1,064 vehicles (536 four-wheelers and 528 two-wheelers) across six levels through efficient, flat-plate parking configurations.

A signature feature is the international-style park-on ramp with a gentle 6% slope, a first of its kind in India, which ensures smooth vehicular entry and exit while preserving a clear headroom at the lowest level to accommodate higher vehicles. Vertical movement is optimized with diagonally placed escalators and stairs, promoting intuitive pedestrian flow. The planning supports 90° parking layouts and two-way traffic, enhancing operational clarity. The composite deck combines steel framing with concrete flooring panels (CFP slabs) to deliver strength, durability, and construction efficiency.
