The Trinity Health replacement campus was developed to elevate healthcare delivery for Minot, North Dakota and the surrounding 21-county service area. The new campus was designed to support clinical advancement, enhance workplace satisfaction, and strengthen regional recruitment of physicians and nursing staff.

The facility layout promotes flexibility between clinical departments, strategic adjacencies, and seamless integration of diagnostic and surgical services — fostering collaboration and improving patient outcomes while creating a renewed sense of community pride.

An Early Steel Detailing approach was implemented to accelerate delivery. Structural steel shop drawings were developed during the design development phase using the structural RAM model prepared by the structural engineering team. This coordinated workflow enabled shop drawings to be released for fabrication approximately one month after issuance of the structural steel shell package, supporting schedule efficiency and streamlined construction.
