The Link Calyx Parking Structure is a six-level, 139,000 SF precast garage located within the Glen Lennox community in Chapel Hill. With 520 gated parking spaces across two bays, the structure was designed to support a new apartment complex on a 2.4-acre site while accommodating long-term growth in the southern portion of the development.

Completed in 2022, the garage includes electric vehicle charging stations and was engineered with future flexibility in mind, providing shared parking capacity for nearby and upcoming mixed-use buildings. Its gated access ensures secure residential use while supporting a walkable, amenity-rich neighborhood vision.
