Our team manages architectural, engineering, and space management drawings across 14 hospitals and corporate real estate assets, representing more than 12.5 million square feet. By keeping CAD and Revit models current following renovations and capital projects, we ensure IU Health operates from a single, reliable source of building truth.

TRC also oversees the intake and management of record drawings and critical documentation, preserving a complete history of facility updates while improving accessibility for internal teams. This allows facility staff to quickly locate the information they need - whether for maintenance, planning, or operational response.

To further enhance accuracy, our team performs 3D laser scanning to capture real-world building conditions and reflect ongoing changes within the digital environment. We also develop specialized drawings to identify key system components and support facility operations at a granular level.
