SOBHA Sentosa brings Singapore-inspired living to East Bangalore’s Panathur Road, with 533 residences spread across seven towers. TRC Engineering (India) is contributing structural and precast consultancy services to this 1.2 million sq. ft. residential project by SOBHA Limited, developed over a 7.5-acre site. Phase-wise delivery is planned through 2026–27.

Each tower is configured with 2 basements + ground + 17 upper floors. In addition to the residential blocks, the project features a standalone clubhouse designed with 2 basements + ground + 4 upper floors.

The towers employ a reinforced concrete structural frame, with RCC walls and slabs backed by aluminium formwork (MIVAN technology) to ensure consistency and accelerate construction. Foundations are designed using a mix of isolated, combined, and raft footings, tailored to local soil conditions and load demands.

Located in a fast-developing area, Sentosa integrates high-end amenities such as a Merlion-themed pool, amphitheatre, butterfly park, and multiple recreational zones.
