TRC Building Data Solutions supported the successful closeout of a 210,000-square-foot, five-story bed tower expansion at Indiana University Health Fishers - ensuring all facility data was accurate, accessible, and fully aligned with operational needs.

As part of project closeout, TRC updated all facility drawings using final record documents, maintaining consistency across CAD and Revit environments. In parallel, our team updated space data within IU Health’s CAFM system, ensuring the new addition was fully integrated into their space management and operational workflows.

TRC also led the collection, organization, and standardization of all closeout documentation - delivering a complete and structured digital record in accordance with IU Health’s file management protocols.
