Located at the intersection of Davie Road and Southwest 42nd Street, the structure features four levels, 457 parking spaces, and spans 117,533 square feet, utilizing 421 precast elements.

The garage is being built to serve the future residents of the adjacent planned residential units, offering long-term value and integration with the surrounding development. TRC’s role focuses on precast design and detailing, ensuring structural integrity and seamless coordination throughout the build.
