TRC Construction Services, in collaboration with TRC Worldwide Engineering, delivered two design-build parking garages supporting the Army Hospital and Clinics campus at Fort Benning. Together, the structures provide parking capacity for approximately 1,000 vehicles and serve as a critical component of the project’s LEED Silver certification.

The garages were designed to integrate with the site’s natural topography and are accessed via precast vehicle bridges that enhance circulation efficiency. Sustainable strategies were embedded throughout the project, including landscaped rooftops, locally sourced aggregates, recycled materials, and extensive use of natural daylighting.

Additional features include energy-efficient CFL lighting, low-VOC paints, electric vehicle charging stations, and dedicated parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and vanpools — supporting both operational performance and environmental goals.
