TRC Worldwide Engineering performed a series of structural assessments and restoration services at Tradition Field to support the long-term durability and performance of the stadium facilities.

Work began with a comprehensive Current Condition Study in 2009, establishing the baseline condition of the structure and identifying priority maintenance needs. Subsequent restoration efforts included the First Base restoration and waterproofing project, completed in fall 2015, followed by Main Stadium expansion joint replacement and waterproofing improvements completed in 2017.

In spring 2018, TRC completed additional repairs at the Tiki Bar level, including targeted crack repair and further expansion joint replacement to address moisture intrusion and extend service life.
