TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering services for the 141,511-square-foot facility, which accommodates over 400 parking spaces across five levels. The structure utilizes a cast-in-place concrete system with one-way, post-tensioned slabs and post-tensioned concrete moment frames, delivering long-span efficiency and durability suited for high-use environments.

The site presented unique challenges, bounded on three sides by a 30-foot bluff. Structural design required careful coordination with grading and retaining conditions to optimize the building footprint while maintaining stability and constructability within tight constraints.

In addition to parking, the project includes a pedestrian bridge connection linking the garage to the adjacent Ryman Lofts development, enhancing accessibility and integration within the surrounding neighborhood.
