TRC’s Irvine location opened in 1993 and has grown into a comprehensive design office serving a wide range of projects. Within the office, TRC Parkitects is a specialized design studio focused on high-performance parking structures across public and private sectors—from residential and retail to healthcare and institutional developments. The team provides expertise in parking structure planning and design, optimization and evaluation, and design-build project delivery.
